Iced Tea. Scott Loftesness linked to this NY Times story about finding the perfect iced tea. About four years ago I bought a 3-quart Mr. Coffee iced tea appliance. My favorite was an orange spice black tea from Cost Plus. But over the years I've become too sensitive to the caffeine, so I had to search for a replacement. My latest brew is the decaf version of Good Earth's "Sweet & Spicy" herb tea from Trader Joe's. I've stopped using the appliance. I've got heated bottled water, so I just throw two tea bags into a one-quart teapot, brew for fifteen minutes, then pour over ice for the rest of the day. Yum!
