Patent Wars. As if things aren't already tough enough for CDN vendors, now they're fighting among themselves in the courts. "The Federal District Court in Boston has issued an important ruling interpreting the Internet content delivery services patents in dispute in an impending trial [brought by Akamai] against Digital Island."
