Digex Surrenders. According to an interview with its president, Mark Shull, published by Interactive Week, Digex is "surrendering ownership of new data centers to WorldCom and enabling its parent to develop Digex capacities in the data centers of WorldCom partner companies." The interview includes some swipes at Loudcloud's original vision for a highly rigid services model.
